Even I find this to be more than a little disturbing, and considering the kind of person some people say I am, that's saying something. This picture is full of pain and gratuitous bloodshed, while the concept and execution are both on the level of a grade-school amateur. When I first saw it, I actually had a good mind to report the image, except that I hate to play censor. I'm a dog fancier, but I find the looks on the faces of these two over-aggressive canines to be excessively gleeful for such a grim tableau. Meanwhile, the look on the face of the surviving cat (I assume here that the one on the ground has succumbed to the attack) I harrowing. Some "artists" may think this to be art, but I would disagree in the extreme.
